The Role of Human Resources Supervisor

The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and contributing to a compliant workplace environment. The supervisor will manage various HR processes and support organizational growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise HR processes including recruitment support, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies.
Assist managers with performance management activities, including evaluations and development plans.
Coordinate training initiatives for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Partner with leadership to implement HR programs aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote an inclusive culture.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Demonstrated ability to supervise HR operations effectively.
Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in managing employee relations and performance management.

Work Environment
