About the Role

Jobstronaut is seeking a highly skilled Senior IBM BAW Developer – BPMS to join a client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a professional with significant experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and Business Process Management Systems (BPMS).

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust solutions within the IBM BAW/BPM ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical background combined with specific industry and regional project experience, ensuring adherence to financial sector standards and local compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Expertise

• Developing and implementing solutions using IBM BAW/BPM platforms.
• Applying strong technical knowledge across BPMN, Java, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and SQL.
• Contributing to projects within the banking and financial services sector.
• Ensuring secure development practices and compliance with SAMA regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM BAW/BPM.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of BPMN, Java, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and SQL.
• Proven project experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Mandatory project experience gained in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with SAMA compliance requirements and secure development principles.
• Experience with Appian is considered an advantage.
