Senior Legal Specialist

About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join its Legal Affairs team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements. The specialist will also provide legal and commercial risk advice to various business stakeholders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Legal Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties related to contractual matters and legal support:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Identify and provide advice on legal and commercial risks associated with contracts.
• Offer legal counsel to business units regarding contractual matters.
• Support complex and high-value contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate contract records, including approvals, renewals, and key contractual terms.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as required.
• Assist in dispute resolution processes related to contractual issues.
• Mentor junior Legal Specialists and contribute to the improvement of contract processes.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position must demonstrate a strong legal background and relevant professional experience:

• A minimum of 4 to 7 years of professional legal experience.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are considered advantageous for this role:

• Experience within the E-commerce, Technology, or Retail sectors.
• Prior experience in a holding company or multi-entity corporate environment.
• Possession of a legal practice license.
