Alrajhi Bank is seeking a Senior Manager for AI and Machine Learning Delivery to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the bank's commitment to a value-driven culture, emphasizing integrity, meritocracy, and dedicated service.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Manager will lead AI-driven advanced analytics initiatives across Alrajhi Bank. This role focuses on leveraging machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation to provide predictive insights, actionable recommendations, and scalable decision-making capabilities throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven advanced-analytics initiatives, harnessing machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation.
• Define and track value-realization KPIs in collaboration with business and strategy teams.
• Identify, scope, and prioritize AI and analytics use cases with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor ROI and report KPI performance during pilot phases and post-production.
• Provide concise monthly progress updates to senior leadership.
• Manage the delivery pipeline, including setting priorities for AI and ML projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in AI and Data.
• Prior exposure to the banking sector is considered a strong advantage.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Deep expertise in traditional machine learning techniques, advanced deep learning models, large language models, and AI-agent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Solid project and time management skills.
