About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Senior Project Management Engineer - SAP S/4HANA to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all project aspects are managed effectively according to approved objectives and timelines. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities across internal departments, business units, and external service providers.
Monitor project execution to ensure activities are completed according to approved schedules and facilitate project meetings.
Track project progress against plans, identify risks, delays, and resource constraints, and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements, and manage implementation and handover activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting records, risk registers, and status reports.
Review project outcomes, document lessons learned, and identify opportunities for process improvement in project management practices.

General Accountabilities

Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets, utilizing resources efficiently.
Address and resolve operational problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
Ensure quality requirements are met and contribute to effective quality control processes.

Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental management procedures and controls.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
Demonstrated ability to manage project requirements, schedules, resources, and risks effectively.
Proven experience in coordinating activities across diverse teams and external providers.
Strong skills in project documentation and reporting.
