About the Role

eSense is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and business projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and adhere to established governance standards.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager takes ownership of high-visibility initiatives, building upon the foundational responsibilities of a Project Manager. This position is critical for fostering strong stakeholder relationships, mentoring junior project managers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role demands advanced certifications, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams within dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of large-scale or multiple concurrent projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource plans in alignment with organizational strategy.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Enforce project governance standards, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), and documentation practices.
• Serve as an escalation point for junior Project Managers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Oversee project change management, including scope adjustments, risk assessments, and impact analysis.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance requirements, and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to continuously improve processes.
• Contribute to portfolio and program-level reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced project management certifications are required.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets, timelines, and risks.
