Role Overview

Senna is seeking a Senior Project Manager to establish and lead its Commercial Project Management Office. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

About the Commercial PMO Function

The Senior Project Manager, in this capacity as Commercial PMO Manager, will operate at the intersection of the Commercial function and the Strategy & Planning team. The role is responsible for the governance, performance management, and execution of commercial initiatives. This position supports the translation of corporate objectives into executable commercial programs and coordinates the delivery of the organization's go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic commercial initiatives, including tracking objectives, milestones, and outcomes aligned with the go-to-market strategy.
• Provide execution insights and recommendations to the Commercial and Strategy & Planning divisions to translate commercial strategy into actionable programs and plans.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, performance management processes, and execution disciplines for commercial initiatives.
• Deliver performance dashboards, scenario analyses, and recommendations to leadership regarding initiative progress, risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and business impact.
• Manage the commercial strategic portfolio, evaluating and recommending initiative prioritization based on strategic objectives, business value, organizational readiness, and execution capacity.
• Monitor the commercial strategic roadmap, tracking milestones, interdependencies, and benefits realization, and recommend improvements to delivery performance.
• Ensure cross-functional visibility and coordination across commercial departments, promoting alignment and timely resolution of execution issues.
• Generate data-driven performance analyses for the Commercial and Strategy & Planning divisions, identifying risks, opportunities, trends, and areas requiring leadership attention.
• Enhance PMO capabilities through the implementation of best practices, performance metrics, governance processes, project management tools, and standardized methodologies.
• Support and monitor the execution of the go-to-market strategy, providing leadership with regular assessments of progress, readiness, dependencies, and business outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in project management, PMO leadership, or a related field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
