About the Role

Rotork is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (Chemical Process & Industrial) to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is central to customer engagement, sales activities, and relationship building, including direct work with distributors. The primary objective is to enhance profitability and growth by delivering end-to-end sales across the product portfolio, providing technical advice, managing individual territories, and performing sales forecasting.

Role Context and Reporting

Reporting to the Sales Manager for the CPI sector, the Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for executing sales delivery within a designated end market sector and territory. This includes meeting established sales forecasts and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role involves strategic sales delivery and acting as the regional voice of the customer.

Key Responsibilities

Executing sales strategy and ensuring delivery against agreed-upon targets.
Managing sales forecasting across accounts.
Overseeing channel management, with specific input on the value proposition for the Chemical, Process & Industries market sector.
Managing budgets and project oversight.
Delivering operational excellence across various channels and in collaboration with internal teams.
Utilizing business development approaches to expand the customer base and identify new revenue streams.
Providing technical advice to customers.
Growing current sales accounts.
Feeding business intelligence to line managers.
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction, including the local Area Sales Manager, Application Engineering, Customer Contact, and internal sales teams.
Managing new product introductions, campaigns, and events as required.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
