Webook is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving significant revenue growth by managing complex deals and securing strategic partnerships. The specialist will lead the entire sales cycle, serving as a benchmark for sales execution and CRM discipline.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to consistently exceed revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and strategic engagement. The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring effective deal progression from initial contact to contract closure. This position requires a focus on both individual performance and contributing to overall sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and develop high-value leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and market analysis.
• Qualify potential partners based on ideal customer profile (ICP), commercial viability, and long-term revenue potential.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Own the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract signature.
• Lead discovery, pitching, and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals while adhering to approved commercial guidelines.
• Drive urgency and maintain momentum throughout longer sales cycles.
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Accurately forecast revenue and maintain strong pipeline hygiene within the CRM.
• Ensure all sales activities, deal stages, and next steps are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
• Identify and proactively address potential risks, blockers, and upsides early in the sales process.

Collaboration and Operational Excellence

• Collaborate with onboarding, operations, finance, and account management teams to ensure seamless partner activation.
• Support junior sales team members through knowledge sharing, best practices, and informal coaching.
• Provide feedback to product, operations, and leadership teams based on partner and market insights.
• Uphold high standards for deal quality, documentation, and commercial discipline.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, playbooks, and tools.
• Share competitive intelligence and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-6+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development roles.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing complex, high-value deals.
• Ability to effectively engage and influence senior decision-makers.
• Strong analytical skills, with practical experience using CRM and sales reporting tools.
