About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist - Asset Application Support to join their team in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing hands-on technical support for Qiddiya’s asset applications, focusing on resolving complex incidents and service requests.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist - Asset Application Support is a critical technical role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Qiddiya’s asset management systems. This involves deep functional and technical expertise in applications such as ticketing, Point of Sale (POS), leasing, and park management. The role also contributes to the development of support documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level L2 technical support for asset applications, efficiently resolving incidents and service requests.
• Analyze recurring issues to contribute to root cause analysis and the implementation of permanent solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures and all issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with L0/L1 support teams to enhance first-call resolution rates through training and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in the testing and validation of application updates and system enhancements.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized application support when necessary.
• Engage with business users to understand operational challenges and provide effective technical solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT application support, with a focus on asset management applications.
• Strong technical understanding of application architecture and system integrations.
• Proficiency in incident management processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
