About Qiddiya Investment Company and the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a Senior Specialist - Distribution to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is central to the operational management of Qiddiya DMO's distribution channels, ensuring optimal performance and revenue generation.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Specialist - Distribution is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of all distribution channels, including OTA account management, GDS configuration, and trade partner platform support. This execution-focused role ensures that all bookable products are accurately listed, competitively priced, and performing optimally across active distribution touchpoints. The incumbent collaborates closely with the Senior Manager – Distribution and interfaces with external platform contacts, technology vendors, and internal teams to maintain a high-functioning, revenue-generating distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Qiddiya's OTA accounts across active platforms, including content updates, rate loading, availability, and promotional activations. Monitor content quality, review ratings, and implement optimisation actions.
• Configure and maintain GDS content, rate loading, and availability across Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo, ensuring accurate inventory. Manage the Channel Management System (CMS) for seamless connectivity between the Central Reservation System (CRS) and distribution channels.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Qiddiya Trade Partner Portal, including user access, content updates, booking tool configuration, and partner query resolution. Onboard new partners and provide ongoing technical support.
• Load and manage contracted, promotional, and dynamic pricing parameters across all distribution channels. Conduct daily rate parity checks and resolve discrepancies immediately.
• Monitor booking pace, cancellation patterns, and demand indicators to support pricing decisions. Manage allotment releases, blackout dates, and special event inventory configurations across all channels.
• Produce daily and weekly channel performance reports covering booking volumes, revenue, OTA rankings, rate parity, and conversion rates. Maintain the distribution performance dashboard and conduct monthly analyses.
• Track and report on competitor pricing and distribution positioning to provide market intelligence for strategic decisions.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in distribution operations, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Demonstrated experience with OTA account management, GDS configuration, and channel management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in managing rate parity, inventory, and pricing across multiple distribution channels.
• Ability to produce detailed performance reports and conduct data analysis.
