Showroom Sales Advisors

About the Role

OMODA JAECOO KSA is seeking Showroom Sales Advisors to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally greet walk-in customers and assigned leads, understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicle models. Clearly present vehicle features, specifications, and offers.
• Arrange and conduct test drives. Follow up with customers daily via calls and messages, addressing objections and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Prepare accurate price quotations and sales proposals. Coordinate with the finance department to secure necessary approvals for financing and loans, and ensure inventory availability.
• Complete all system updates in a timely manner. Maintain comprehensive customer files and required sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with management regarding registration, invoicing, and delivery processes. Ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries and correctly execute vehicle handover procedures to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. Submit daily reports on sales activities and pipeline progress, and maintain accurate updates on prospective customer and sales statuses.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of previous experience in car sales.
• Saudi national.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
