About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring excellent customer reception and service within the showrooms, addressing customer needs, and managing both pre-sales and after-sales support for goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing company products, and securing their orders.
Calculate required quantities for customers and assist with color and product coordination based on their needs.
Support customers through the invoicing process and ensure proper goods delivery, coordinating with showroom staff including assistants, workers, and drivers.
Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times.
Ensure the availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogs.
Achieve sales targets in line with the established sales plan.
Commit to achieving management goals and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
Maintain adequate stock of all items, particularly fast-moving ones, by adhering to ordering policies from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels, and applying the first-in, first-out policy to prevent dead stock.
Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required and deposit daily cash sales into the company's account.
Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding competitor activities and promotions.
Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for resolution and reporting them to the direct manager.
Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
Implement company policies and instructions.
Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
Offer constructive ideas and suggestions for developing sales processes and value.
Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
