About the Role

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Site Engineer to support a leading Saudi Construction Contractor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, site-based position requires 2-5 years of experience and is focused on major building construction projects, with a strong emphasis on reinforced concrete works.

Role Context

The Site Engineer will join a major international contractor involved in delivering one of Saudi Arabia’s most significant construction programmes. This role requires a Civil Engineer who can comfortably operate in a fast-paced construction environment, taking ownership of structural works from initial drawings through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities across reinforced concrete and structural works.
Coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, foundations, columns, walls, and slabs.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and site labour across multiple work fronts.
Monitor productivity and progress against programme requirements.
Coordinate with Construction Management, Engineering, Survey, QA/QC, HSE, and Logistics teams.
Ensure works are completed to required quality, dimensional tolerances, and inspection requirements.
Identify technical/site issues early and support practical solutions.
Coordinate concrete pours, access, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
Maintain accurate site records, progress updates, and inspection documentation.
Ensure strict compliance with project HSE and quality standards.
