Site Project Engineer

About the Role

Mohammed Mansour Al-Rumaih (MMR KSA) is seeking a Site Project Engineer to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to managing and engineering construction projects, ensuring their proper implementation from inception to completion. The Site Project Engineer will provide technical guidance and supervision to on-site staff, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Project Planning and Resource Management

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources effectively to deliver customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability.

Site Operations and Monitoring

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects on site.
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager, providing updates on budgets, schedules, plans, and overall performance of site projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost in coordination with the direct manager.

Quality, Safety, and Compliance

• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure the project’s compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure strict abidance by occupational health and safety measures on site.

Documentation and Reporting

• Create a framework for measuring project metrics and collecting data, recommending improvements as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive site reports and maintain thorough project documentation.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Site Project Engineer position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing and engineering construction projects. This is a full-time role requiring dedication to project success and adherence to established guidelines.
