About Midis Group

Midis Group is seeking a dedicated Site Project Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on managing and engineering construction projects.

Role Purpose

The Site Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the proper implementation of project deliverables. This role involves supervising on-site staff and providing technical advice to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager.
Coordinate and allocate internal resources effectively to deliver customer outcomes.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects directly on site.
Cooperate regularly with the direct manager, providing updates on budgets, schedules, plans, and overall performance of site projects.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability.
Create a framework for measuring project metrics and data collection, and recommend improvements based on findings.
Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure project compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety measures.
Prepare comprehensive site reports and maintain thorough project documentation.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost in coordination with the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience
