About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Software Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading software development projects and working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in software project management.

Role Purpose

The Software Project Manager will contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives across the Saudi market. This role demands a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to operational discipline to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from initiation to deployment, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and strict timelines.
• Maintain project governance using EPM, ensuring absolute accuracy in record-keeping and consistent population of all data fields.
• Track project scope, identify potential technical or scheduling bottlenecks early, and escalate risks to senior portfolio leadership when necessary.
• Support large-scale digital transformation deployments, collaborating with technical leads to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to maintain team momentum and foster a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with Developers, UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to align task delegation with project milestones.
• Monitor team velocity and core project KPIs, utilizing MS Project and EPM to keep projects on schedule.
• Adhere to strict communication SLAs, including a mandatory maximum two-hour response window for all internal and stakeholder project emails during business hours.
• Prepare clear, concise, and accurate status reports for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency regarding project health and progress.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients on assigned projects in Riyadh, building trust through consistent delivery and professional communication.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5-10 years of experience in software project management.
• Sufficient technical understanding to effectively communicate with software development teams and grasp basic architectural concepts.
• Proven foundation in Agile methodologies.
