About iSoftStone and the Role

iSoftStone is seeking a Software Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the complete lifecycle delivery of AI Agent business modules, ensuring projects meet contractual scope, timeline, quality, and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle delivery of one or multiple AI Agent business modules.
• Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestone roadmaps, and resource allocation plans.
• Track project progress continuously and proactively resolve schedule deviations.
• Identify delivery risks early, control scope creep, and drive timely resolution of blockers and cross-team dependencies.
• Manage cross-module resource conflicts and prioritize parallel delivery streams.
• Ensure all deliverables fully align with SOW contractual obligations and formal client acceptance criteria.
• Support drafting core project artifacts, including High-Level Solution Design (HLSD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Client Engagement and Reporting

• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for client business and technical solution owners.
• Lead all in-person English stakeholder meetings, presenting project roadmaps, progress updates, and risk reports independently.
• Represent the company professionally to build long-term trust with government authorities.
• Manage client expectation alignment; conduct formal impact assessments for all change requests covering scope, timeline, and cost.
• Enforce standardized change request workflows.
• Submit regular English project status reports to internal project leadership and the client PMO office.
• Document meeting minutes and track action item closure across all stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Coordination

• Oversee on-site Business Analyst (BA) teams and remote development teams based in China and Saudi Arabia.
• Allocate resources and rationalize task priorities for project teams.
• Coordinate alignment timelines with the client’s platform engineering team and government oversight bodies for all formal design and delivery reviews.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and requirement sign-off workshops.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of formal project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with at least 2 completed overseas/international client delivery projects.
• Fully fluent English (verbal & written), with the ability to lead independent client negotiations and deliver formal English project reporting without language support.
