The Role of a Solution Consultant

The Solution Consultant operates at a critical intersection between customer challenges and Lucidya’s solutions, serving a diverse client base that includes government entities and large enterprises, each with unique requirements. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires 2-5 years of experience. The primary objective is to ensure prospective clients not only see the product but deeply understand its integration into their operations and goals. This involves translating complex business problems into clear, compelling solutions using the Lucidya platform, directly impacting deal success, customer trust, and long-term adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep, hands-on understanding of Lucidya’s products and use cases, translating this knowledge into practical customer solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify customer needs, ask pertinent questions, and design solutions addressing both technical and business challenges.
• Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to articulate Lucidya's value proposition effectively.
• Manage and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring customers experience tangible value.
• Support complex sales cycles by providing detailed answers, handling RFIs and RFPs, and addressing concerns with clarity.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, communicating feedback and expectations.
• Work with Product Marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation based on market insights.
• Identify expansion opportunities and help customers envision advanced success scenarios with Lucidya to support account growth.
• Ensure seamless handovers from pre-sales to onboarding and Customer Success, fostering clarity and confidence for customers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated curiosity and a commitment to understanding underlying customer needs beyond surface-level requests.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting confidently to senior stakeholders and simplifying technical concepts.
• Comfortable in customer-facing situations, including leading demos, answering challenging questions, and facilitating solution-focused discussions.
• A problem-solver with a systems-thinking approach, able to break down complex requests into clear action paths.
• Proactive and takes ownership, consistently following through on commitments.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build trust rapidly with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
