Role Summary: Spa Therapist

Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a Spa Therapist to join its Spa Department in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for performing all spa treatments for guests in a professional and pleasant manner.

Core Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all business activities and decisions adhere to general law, rules, regulations, and the MOHG Code of Conduct.
• Fully support all learning and development activities within the department.
• Support and adhere to all policies and procedures related to Safe, Sound and Sustainable at Mandarin Oriental.
• Ensure compliance with the MOHG social media Policy, taking full responsibility for content published on any social media platform, including personal sites.

Service and Hygiene Standards

• Maintain a clean, neat, and hygienic work area at all times.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of service is delivered throughout the Spa.

Departmental Support

The Spa Therapist will also assist in the operations of various spa and wellness departments as required, including:

• Spa Treatment Rooms
• Spa Reception
• Spa Retail
• Spa Pantry
• Consultation Lounge

Experience and Employment Type

This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant spa or wellness role. The Spa Therapist will contribute to maintaining the luxury service standards of Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh.
