The Role: Senior Cost Control Manager

Egis is seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager to join its Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals. The role focuses on overseeing cost control activities for urban landscape, large-scale infrastructure, and construction projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and robust financial performance. The Senior Cost Control Manager will be responsible for comprehensive cost management, design review, and budget control within the PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Conduct detailed cost analyses and provide regular cost performance reports to stakeholders.
• Provide cost performance analysis, interpretation, and forecasting of cost performance against budgets.
• Maintain the Program and Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and manage changes to its structure with version control.
• Support risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimize financial impacts.
• Create and update financial models to forecast project costs and cash flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet budget constraints.
• Implement and maintain cost control systems to track project expenses and variances.
• Provide expert advice on cost-related matters to project managers and senior leadership.
• Stay current with local regulations and industry best practices in cost engineering.
• Provide budget and cost performance evaluation, interpretation, and support business planning efforts.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cost control and management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure, urban landscape, or construction projects. This position is designated for Saudi Nationals.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time role is based within Egis's Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment focused on delivering complex development projects across the region.
