Role Overview

The Sr. End user Computing Engineer is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the core infrastructure that supports all end-user computing activities. This role involves a comprehensive approach to platform management, from deployment strategies to day-to-day operational support, ensuring secure and seamless user experiences across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise end-user computing platforms effectively.
• Oversee comprehensive endpoint management strategies and implementations.
• Handle software deployment processes, ensuring timely and secure distribution.
• Maintain and optimize operating systems across the user base.
• Implement and enforce robust device security measures.
• Support and manage collaboration tools to enhance team productivity.
• Manage day-to-day user computing operations, addressing issues and ensuring continuity.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in end-user computing environments. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level computing platforms is required.
