Parsons Corporation is seeking a Sr. Professional Marketing & Communication Graphic Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will provide essential support to the Permitting Office. This role involves designing clear, professional, and engaging visual materials to effectively communicate processes, information, and messages to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual communication materials to support permitting processes and stakeholder engagement, including infographics, process flows, diagrams, presentations, reports, templates, awareness materials, guidance documents, and information materials.
• Translate complex permitting workflows, procedures, and technical content into clear, easy-to-understand visual formats.
• Support internal communication and awareness initiatives through the creation of design-led communication outputs.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual clarity across all design deliverables, adhering to corporate standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content, clarify messages, and ensure effective communication outcomes.
• Apply strong layout, typography, and information design principles to enhance readability and comprehension of all materials.
• Manage multiple design tasks concurrently, meeting established deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards for all work.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical and procedural content into clear, accessible visual formats.
• Proficiency in applying principles of layout, typography, and information design.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
