Station Assistant Manager

About the Role

DEKRA Arabia is seeking a Station Assistant Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves supporting the Station Manager in overseeing daily inspection station operations, supervising frontline staff, and ensuring high service quality and compliance with inspection standards.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Station Manager in the efficient running of the inspection station. This includes managing operational workflows, supervising personnel, and upholding the integrity and quality of all inspection processes to meet established regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of daily station operations and staff scheduling.
• Supervise inspectors, cashiers, and customer service activities.
• Ensure all inspection processes adhere to ISO/IEC 17020 and SASO/SFDA standards.
• Support equipment readiness checks and facilitate fault reporting.
• Handle customer queries and manage first-level escalations.
• Maintain accurate station records, reports, and daily logs.
• Act as the Station Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant operational or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated understanding of inspection standards and operational compliance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring on-site presence to manage daily operations and staff effectively. The role involves working within an inspection station environment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
