The Role of Stock Controller

Andalus Gate Holding is seeking a Stock Controller to manage inventory operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the efficient flow and safekeeping of ingredients and products within the company's outlets and storage locations. The role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in stock control and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee storage locations, both inside and outside the outlet, to ensure the safekeeping of ingredients.
• Apply Food Safety Management (FSM) standards consistently while monitoring stock movement.
• Prepare purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage all aspects of receiving, storage, transfers, physical handling, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain objective business relationships with vendors.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a stock control or similar inventory management role.
• Demonstrated ability to apply and monitor FSM standards.
• Proven experience in preparing purchase orders and managing supply chain logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in overseeing stock operations.

Work Environment and Location
