About the Role

Careers International is seeking a Stock Preparation Operator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for managing stock preparation processes to ensure quantity and quality align with the product mix and budgeted costs, while maintaining budget yield.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain stock preparation equipment in good working condition.
Control manpower and overtime in accordance with the budget.
Uphold high standards of housekeeping within the facility.
Manage and minimize downtime caused by stock-related issues.
Train subordinates to ensure they are capable of handling their areas of responsibility.
Ensure raw material arrangement meets quantity and quality specifications as per budget.
Provide continuous pulp feeding to machines according to running capacity, budget cost, and instructions from management.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations by both self and subordinates.
Maintain safe working conditions within the stock plant.
Control consistency and SR as required for different grades of product.
Follow instructions from the Production Manager for routine tasks and responsibilities.
Supply pulp of good quality to prevent production disturbances and quality loss.
Conduct any trials within the stock plant.
Perform daily SAP entries for consumption and conduct weekly and monthly reconciliations as per Finance department requirements.
Maintain the process parameters log book.
Audit IMS and related documentation.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in stock preparation or a similar operational capacity. A strong understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and operational efficiency is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active participation in plant operations and collaboration with production teams to achieve operational goals.
