About the Role of Storekeeper at Nestlé

Nestlé is seeking a Storekeeper to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Storekeeper will oversee all aspects of shipping, receiving, stock monitoring, and quality control within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with material handling processes through document verification and condition checks of newly received materials.
• Coordinate daily communication regarding new material receipts with stakeholders, utilizing a database to track raw materials in the warehouse and ERP system against receiving orders.
• Record all raw materials in the ERP system, tag them with barcodes for scanning, and arrange materials systematically within the warehouse.
• Manage the issuance of raw materials to the production department using inventory management techniques (*, FIFO, LIFO, PAR LEVELS, Average cost) as per issuance orders in the ERP system.
• Regularly inspect the warehouse, raw materials, and equipment to ensure sufficient storage space and adherence to Nestlé's standard conditions.
• Conduct monthly quantity checks of raw materials using inventory control management to assess stock balance status and compare it with the ERP system balance.
• Adhere to Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) rules and procedures at all times to ensure personal and collective safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience in a storekeeping or warehouse management role.
• Proficiency in warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and stock monitoring.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management techniques.
• Ability to ensure compliance with material handling processes and quality standards.
