About Noon and the Student Journey Lead Role

Noon - Education for Everyone is a leading edtech platform in the Middle East, serving over 12 million students and teachers. The company is dedicated to transforming the physical classroom experience through engaging social, group-based learning and AI, with a mission to make learning enjoyable and improve efficacy. We are seeking a Student Journey Lead to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on reinventing schools in the region.

Purpose of the Role

The student journey is central to Noon's operations, and maintaining its accuracy, adherence to principles, and continuous improvement is an ongoing effort. This role supports and extends this work by contributing to the design principles that shape how journeys are built, maintaining the journey map across various student segments, synthesizing student feedback into clear problems, and helping coordinate experiments and moments that enhance each step of the student experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Student Journey Lead will be responsible for:

  • Helping define and document the design principles that guide student journey construction, focusing on clarity, motivation, and completability.
  • Maintaining the end-to-end journey map across student segments, including grade, level, course, and track, and identifying areas that are unclear, too fast, too slow, or lacking support.
  • Coordinating with product, learning, and school operations teams to ensure the journey map accurately reflects current reality.
  • Working with the motivation system (rewards, coins, progression signals) to understand its usage, effectiveness, and points where students disengage.
  • Identifying moments in the journey where student motivation is low and testing whether adjustments to reward logic or design can change behavior.
  • Collecting and organizing student survey results, support inputs, school feedback, and qualitative interview notes on a recurring basis.
  • Tagging and grouping feedback into consistent themes to identify root causes rather than individual complaints.
  • Preparing clear summaries of feedback to facilitate decision-making on subsequent actions.
  • Helping coordinate pilots and tests for new journey ideas, including defining involvement, design, and success metrics.
  • Tracking outcomes and summarizing learnings from experiments clearly for retention.
  • Supporting the design of key student-facing moments, such as orientations, exam results, and milestone celebrations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

  • 2 years of experience in product management or a role focused on organizing and synthesizing information to support better decisions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability in tracking information.
  • A curious approach to understanding the "why" behind behavior, seeking deeper insights beyond surface-level observations.
  • The ability to effectively support and enhance the productivity of colleagues.

Attributes for Success

The ideal candidate will thrive in this environment by demonstrating the following attributes:

  • A strong aptitude for making sense of complex information, including detailed qualitative feedback.
  • The ability to follow through on tasks independently, manage personal workload, and proactively flag potential risks.
  • Eagerness to learn practical journey design and a desire to grow into greater ownership over time.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic and rapidly accelerating edtech environment focused on innovation and student success.
