Supervisor Engineering

About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Supervisor Engineering to join their team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of tools, appliances, and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are met. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment, recommending replacements as needed.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters, and identify and operate all shut-off valves.
• Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies, maintaining inventory and purchase order logs.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines, and utilize computers for work-related information.
• Operate power lift equipment and complete life safety checklists, including fire-pump and generator run tests.
• Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems, and assist in developing disaster response protocols.
• Respond to and address guest repair requests promptly.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Ensure adherence to company and safety policies, report hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to employee concerns.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and moving up and down stairs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
