Red Sea Global (RSG) is developing Amaala Yacht Club, a premier destination situated within the breathtaking Triple Bay Marina on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast. This club offers 120 berths for superyachts and features a vibrant Marina Village that integrates luxury, leisure, and an active urban environment. Amaala Yacht Club embodies sustainability and regenerative tourism, aligning with Vision 2030 to elevate Saudi Arabia’s position on the global yachting map. In 2027, it will host the Grand Finale of The Ocean Race, cementing its status as a world-class sailing destination.

Role Overview: Events Supervisor

The Events Supervisor is a full-time role responsible for the planning, organization, and delivery of high-profile events and activations at Amaala Yacht Club. This includes member events, regattas, VIP functions, brand activations, and lifestyle experiences that align with the club’s luxury identity. The role ensures seamless execution from concept to completion, working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional service, aesthetic excellence, and operational precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of events, including concept development, budgeting, logistics, and post-event reporting, with input from relevant internal departments.
• Curate a seasonal calendar of luxury member events and experiential activations to enhance engagement and club prestige.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors to coordinate all event components, such as F&B, entertainment, décor, branding, permits, and security.
• Ensure all events reflect the club’s luxury positioning, values, and brand tone.
• Develop detailed event briefs, run-of-shows, and contingency plans.
• Support Member Relations colleagues on guest lists, RSVP systems, and VIP hosting protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing and PR for promotional and media engagement activities.
• Track event Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare post-event evaluation reports.
• Support the Back-of-House (BOH) Operations Manager in the smooth execution of regattas and sailing-related events, in collaboration with the marina and yacht racing teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in event management.
• Proven experience managing premium, high-touch events and VIP protocols.
