Supply Chain & Sales Operations Manager

About the Role

RemoteOne is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding Saudi coffee brand for a Supply Chain & Sales Operations Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a hands-on professional to manage purchasing, stock, and distributor orders as the brand expands across the GCC and North Africa region. The ideal candidate will have experience in both supply chain and sales operations within a growing FMCG or food and beverage business.

Role Context and Responsibilities

Following a successful launch in Saudi Arabia, the business is expanding its presence through leading distributors. This role involves actively managing processes rather than merely overseeing established operations. The manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain functions and smooth sales operations to support regional growth.

Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain & Procurement

• Manage the complete purchasing cycle, including supplier selection, price and quality comparisons, payment terms negotiation, purchase order generation, and delivery follow-up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers and partners.
• Oversee import and export operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and documentation.
• Plan supply based on approved demand forecasts and adjust plans according to actual sales performance.
• Monitor stock levels across warehouses, maintain accurate inventory records, and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Resolve supply-related issues such as delayed shipments, incorrect quantities, damaged goods, and invoice discrepancies.
• Identify and implement cost reduction strategies in purchasing while maintaining product quality and service levels, in adherence to company procurement policy.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations & Distributors

• Process and manage distributor orders across the GCC and North Africa, from order confirmation through to delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for distributors regarding order status, stock availability, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for deliveries to distributors and markets.
• Manage product registration and listing requirements in new GCC markets, collaborating with relevant regulatory bodies such as the SFDA.
• Support market launch activities with distributors as the brand expands into new countries.
• Maintain up-to-date order, stock, and sales data, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain and sales operations.
• Proven experience in a growing FMCG or food and beverage business.
• Ability to manage both strategic oversight and hands-on operational tasks.
