Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

APEX Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves leadership across contracting, procurement, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and materials & spare parts management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, budgets, and performance improvement plans.
• Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier/subcontractor management.
• Oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, and procurement planning.
• Manage inventory, critical spare parts, warehousing, logistics, and import operations.
• Ensure materials comply with technical and quality standards for major oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining clients.
• Drive cost savings, inventory optimization, and working capital efficiency through data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, customs, SASO/SABER requirements, and ethical procurement practices.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team while supporting Saudization and local supplier development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role leading multiple supply chain functions.
• Experience in Industrial Services, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Mining sectors within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of major oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining client requirements, including vendor registration, prequalification, material standards, and local content compliance (IKTVA).
• Proven experience in procurement, contracting, inventory planning, and supplier negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Demonstrated results in cost savings, inventory optimization, and supplier performance improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as MCIPS, CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM.
• An MBA, master’s degree in supply chain management, or PMP certification is an advantage.
