Dome Arabia Environmental Consulting Company is seeking an experienced Systems and Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position open to Saudi nationals with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Systems and Technical Support Specialist will provide essential support for the databases, monitoring tools, and performance dashboards utilized by operational teams. This role involves maintaining accurate system information, investigating technical issues, and ensuring the reliable operation of tools critical for monitoring and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for databases that store operational and monitoring information.
• Support the daily use of monitoring tools and investigate problems affecting their normal operation.
• Review reported technical issues, gather necessary information, and identify appropriate corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot system and tool issues, ensuring resolution or escalating for further technical attention when required.
• Accurately update data and systems, verifying that changes are correctly reflected in relevant records.
• Review updated information for consistency and investigate discrepancies impacting monitoring or reporting.
• Support performance dashboards by ensuring alignment between underlying information and displayed results.
• Investigate missing, inconsistent, or unexpected dashboard information and assist in identifying the source of issues.
• Collaborate with operational users to understand technical difficulties and provide practical guidance on tool usage.
• Maintain clear records of technical issues, updates, and actions taken to facilitate understanding and follow-up on recurring problems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
