About the Role

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a leading international company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across various business functions. The specialist will support the company's growth strategy by attracting high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
• Assist with onboarding activities and support wider HR projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
