This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience seeking practical involvement in strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The individual in this Tamheer role will contribute to the team by:

• Contributing to organizational development initiatives and workplace improvement programs.
• Supporting the development and updating of policies, procedures, and organizational structures.

• Participating in the preparation and analysis of employee experience surveys and reports.
