We are currently seeking a Telesales Agent to join our team in Riyadh.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through both inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve defined sales targets. This role involves identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products and services, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all interactions. You will also coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales by contacting existing and potential customers to present Bayut packages and services.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Assess customer needs and identify appropriate upsell opportunities.
Accurately record and process details of customer sales, calls, meetings, and notes within the CRM system.
Identify and categorize buyer profiles, including B2B, B2C, and C2C segments.
Direct qualified prospects to the field sales team as required.
Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
Ensure the timely collection of payments from customers.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a telesales or customer-facing sales role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic team focused on achieving sales objectives and delivering excellent customer service.
