About the Role: Trainer

Arabian Oud is seeking a Trainer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is dedicated to delivering impactful learning experiences that enhance employee capabilities and workplace performance across the organization.

Purpose of the Role

The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and field-based training programs. The primary objective is to build employee capability, enhance workplace performance, and support measurable business results through effective knowledge transfer, learner engagement, and continuous improvement across all learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, classroom-based, and field-based learning programs using modern facilitation techniques.
• Create an engaging learning environment that encourages participation and improves knowledge retention.
• Conduct coaching and on-the-job learning sessions to reinforce employee performance.
• Customize training materials, practical exercises, simulations, case studies, and activities according to program objectives.
• Facilitate role plays, experiential learning activities, and interactive workshops.
• Administer pre- and post-training assessments and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Provide post-training coaching, constructive feedback, and development recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive post-training reports covering results, observations, learner performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning content and training delivery methodologies.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms to support program delivery and learner tracking.
• Coordinate training readiness and ensure that all materials, facilities, and delivery requirements are available.
• Represent the Academy professionally while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful learning experiences and achieve measurable results.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain an engaging and interactive learning environment.
• Proficiency in customizing training materials and conducting effective assessments.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
