About the Role

Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking a Translator to provide trilingual translation services (Chinese, English, Arabic) for company projects and daily operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a linguistic bridge between Chinese and foreign parties, local authorities, and partners to ensure smooth business and project progression.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver real-time interpretation during business meetings, on-site coordination, government visits, conferences, and inspections, ensuring accurate message conveyance.
Translate contracts, technical documents, business materials, official government correspondence, emails, and internal policies between Chinese, English, and Arabic.
Perform proofreading, formatting, and archiving of translated documents to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.
Assist with daily communication and coordination with local Saudi government departments, partner organizations, suppliers, and local employees.
Maintain a translation document ledger, categorize and organize materials, and regularly archive records for traceability.
Handle pre-meeting document translation, real-time interpretation, and post-meeting minutes preparation for various international meetings.
Provide language support to company staff for daily foreign language communication, form filling, and international affairs coordination.
Complete other translation and international affairs support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Arabic, English translation, or related international language fields.
0-1 years of experience; outstanding recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior translation experience at Chinese enterprises in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Willingness to work overseas in Riyadh and comply with company work arrangements.

Required Skills

Proficiency in mutual translation among Chinese, English, and Arabic, with fluent spoken skills and standard pronunciation.
Strong written translation ability, familiar with professional terminology in business, engineering, and foreign trade.
Familiarity with local customs, business etiquette, and government-enterprise communication practices in Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge of operational processes at overseas Chinese enterprises is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable under pressure, capable of handling diverse translation assignments.
Proficient in office software, with excellent writing skills for producing clear meeting minutes.
