The Role of VP of Digital Transformation

The VP of Digital Transformation is a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for partial remote work. This role is responsible for leading the design and execution of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. The VP will ensure that technology, data, and processes are aligned with Beamra’s strategic goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Define and develop comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps.
Oversee digital programs and projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities.
Improve customer journeys and embed AI-driven decision-making into operational processes.
Manage executive-level communications and stakeholder engagement.
Guide change management efforts across the organization.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex digital initiatives.
Experience in aligning technology, data, and processes with strategic business objectives.
Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, with options for partial work from home. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders.
