About the Role

Solventum is seeking a Value Base and Clinical Advisor for the Health Information System Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leveraging clinical expertise to influence public health policy and drive clinical strategy. The advisor will collaborate with senior clients and thought leaders globally, contributing to solutions that enhance healthcare outcomes and making an impact on healthcare systems and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to senior clients on government relations and clinical initiatives, operating with autonomy to align solutions with regulatory frameworks and clinical needs.
• Lead and support complex projects focused on healthcare quality improvement, patient classification systems, and payment schemes. This includes facilitating workshops, conducting analyses, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Solventum’s healthcare solutions, particularly in areas such as value-based purchasing programs, population health, DRGs, and proprietary tools for quality and cost management.
• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations that communicate complex project outcomes clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Drive innovation within the healthcare sector by developing and refining solutions that address current challenges and contribute to shaping future healthcare policies and systems in the region.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record is required; advanced degrees (*, MBA, PhD) in relevant fields are preferred.
• A Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related policy field is highly desirable.
• 5-7 years of experience in the public or health sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and revenue cycles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare IT industry trends and clinical outcome measures.

Required Skills

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply these in a strategic context.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English. Arabic proficiency is considered a plus.
• Experience with strategic planning and the ability to adjust current payment schemes based on large data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
