About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Vendor Operations Associate for Strategic Initiatives to join the MENA Grocery team (UFG) in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on building new business from the ground up within a high-impact environment that is evolving the customer grocery experience. The Vendor Operations team is dedicated to supporting vendors to ensure a seamless interaction with Amazon's systems.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist vendors in optimizing their operations on the Amazon platform. This involves guiding them to proficiency with Amazon tools and providing direct support for operational tasks. Beyond daily operations, the associate will drive process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Assist vendors in becoming proficient with Amazon tools and provide ongoing operational support, including purchase order (PO) management and shipment tracking.
Provide training on catalog content population and procurement processes.
Interact directly with vendors, manufacturers, and customers to resolve issues and improve performance.
Drive process improvement initiatives and actively participate in stakeholder meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as in-stock managers, vendor managers, program managers, and fulfillment partners, to enhance vendor performance and operational metrics.
Take ownership of operational challenges, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
Source store-level pricing and promotions from vendors and execute them using internal tools.
Conduct face-to-face interactions with vendors and other stakeholders, identify and correct errors, and maintain accurate records.
