About the Role

Everhires is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join a premium fine dining restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards within a sophisticated dining environment.

Role Overview

The Waiter will be responsible for providing a professional dining experience, from greeting guests to processing payments. The role requires adherence to fine dining service standards and effective coordination with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a professional dining experience.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and offer food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with fine dining service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set before, during, and after service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the restaurant's service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food & beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team player.
