About the Role

Rawaa Medical Solutions is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to manage warehouse operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and offers opportunities for career development within a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive materials and goods, reconciling them with purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Store materials in designated locations according to proper storage standards.
Issue materials based on approved requests and document all issuance transactions in the system.
Conduct periodic and annual stock counts, reconciling physical balances with book records.
Record inventory movements (inbound/outbound) in the company system.
Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment requests when reaching the minimum threshold.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, and enforce safety requirements.
Prepare periodic reports on inventory movement and slow-moving items.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school certificate as a minimum; a Warehouse Management diploma is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory operations.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
