About the Role

NES Global Talent is seeking a Well Services Supervisor to join one of the leading Oilfield Services (OFS) companies in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves coordinating and monitoring well site operations, ensuring adherence to drilling programs, and serving as a primary liaison between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all well site operations, including drilling, completion, and intervention activities.
• Monitor daily operational performance to ensure adherence to established drilling programs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the rig contractor, various service companies, and the operator.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in well services or a related field within the oil and gas industry.
