About the Role

Role Purpose and Impact

The Academic Director holds primary responsibility for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of the school's IB academic offerings. This leadership role involves driving continuous improvement across all academic areas, from curriculum development and implementation to staff professional growth and student achievement, ensuring the school maintains its commitment to high-quality IB education.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in curriculum implementation, teaching practices, and student learning outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate teaching staff to drive continuous professional development and improvement.
• Monitor student achievement, analyze academic data, and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Ensure full compliance with IB requirements, quality assurance protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the Executive Leadership Team to achieve the school’s strategic objectives.

Required Experience
