AREEB is seeking an Account Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective delivery of HR and recruitment solutions. Role Overview

The Account Management Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, working to understand their specific needs and coordinating internally to ensure seamless service delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth within HR and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and cultivate strong, enduring relationships.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels, address any concerns, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts and promote additional HR and recruitment services.
• Oversee the timely issuance of invoices and ensure they are dispatched to clients as scheduled.
• Track outstanding payments and coordinate with clients to facilitate the timely collection of overdue invoices.
