About the Role

TikTok is seeking an Account Manager (Growth) for its Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth and client success within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The position is nationalized in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and is available only to Saudi national citizens or those who qualify for equivalent status for Saudization purposes.

Role Context and Objectives

The Growth team at TikTok helps businesses and brands connect with their audiences to unlock growth. This role combines commercial expertise with a customer-centric approach to assist advertisers in achieving their marketing goals and scaling their operations. As an Account Manager, you will manage and expand a diverse portfolio of advertisers, focusing on revenue growth, client success, and product adoption. You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities for investment scaling, and provide strategic guidance to help clients achieve their business objectives on the TikTok platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB advertisers across the Middle East, focusing on revenue growth and long-term client success.
• Build trusted relationships with advertisers and identify opportunities to increase investment and scale their business on TikTok.
• Develop account strategies based on client objectives, performance, seasonality, and market opportunities.
• Drive the adoption of TikTok's advertising products, measurement solutions, and best practices.
• Identify, reactivate, and develop high-potential advertisers within the portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to address client challenges and facilitate growth.
• Maintain strong sales discipline across pipeline management, forecasting, client engagement, and opportunity planning.
• Share market and client insights to contribute to TikTok's SMB strategy across the region.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required due to the needs of the KSA market and clients.
• Experience in sales, account management, digital advertising, paid media, and/or marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of advertisers against commercial targets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of social media, digital, and mobile advertising.
• Knowledge of self-service, auction, and biddable digital advertising.
• Experience managing and growing SMB advertisers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using data and insights to identify growth opportunities and develop client strategies.
• Interest in TikTok and supporting businesses in growing through the platform.
