About the Account Manager Role

Fresha is seeking an Account Manager to join its global business team in Riyadh. This role reports directly to the Account Manager Team Lead and is responsible for building relationships and driving monetization of the Fresha platform. The position is full-time and office-based, five days a week, to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet key performance indicators related to monetization and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating partners on the value of the Fresha platform.
  • Introduce, educate, and convert partners to Fresha’s payments solution.
  • Optimize listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
  • Serve as a dedicated advisor for a pool of partner accounts, assisting them with product adoption.
  • Advise partners on suitable product selections based on their needs and specifications.
  • Ensure a strong partner experience by building relationships through video meetings and effectively communicating Fresha's features and benefits.
  • Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner transitions.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback for future releases.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and requirements, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell the Fresha Platform.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a partner-facing role with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Commercially motivated with the ability to adapt and achieve targets.
  • Proven experience in using and analyzing data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position is preferred.

Interview Process

The interview process includes a 30-minute video call with the Talent Team, a 45-minute video interview with the Hiring Manager, and a 75-minute video interview with the Hiring Team. Fresha aims to complete the entire process and provide feedback within two weeks. All job applications are reviewed manually, and while assessments are typically made within 7 days, the volume of applications may occasionally extend this timeframe.
