Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. This role is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy and supporting various day-to-day finance activities, as well as month-end closing and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable operations.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately.
• Monitor outstanding balances and manage collection efforts.
• Record all incoming payments with precision.
• Perform regular customer and bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments or reconciliations.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate AR records and supporting documentation.
• Generate AR aging and collection reports.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Support compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Team and Work Environment
