CodeNinja Inc. is dedicated to supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 by leveraging cutting-edge AI, computer vision, and automation. The company aims to drive economic diversification and industry transformation, empowering startups and enterprises with competitive advantages through local talent and infrastructure. We are seeking an AI Solution Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a contract basis.

Role Purpose

The AI Solution Architect is responsible for translating complex banking business needs into scalable, secure enterprise AI system blueprints. This role involves end-to-end technical delivery, from high-level design through production deployment, while ensuring all solutions align with the demands of a highly regulated financial IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-level and low-level architectures for banking AI applications.
• Securely integrate modern AI applications with core banking systems and databases.
• Evaluate and select optimal Large Language Models (LLMs), vector stores, and machine learning platforms.
• Ensure enterprise-grade high availability, low latency, and system scalability for AI solutions.
• Embed financial regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and data privacy into every design decision.
• Partner with engineering, security, and platform teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise IT, including at least 3 years architecting AI solutions specifically within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with AI and data platforms such as DataRobot, SAS Enterprise Guide, and open-source LLM frameworks.
• Strong grounding in architecture patterns, including microservices, API gateways, event-driven architecture, and secure banking cloud landing zones.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and MLOps, including GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and automated model testing frameworks.
• Advanced Python skills, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical architecture into business-relevant terms for stakeholders.

The Opportunity

This position offers the opportunity to architect enterprise-scale AI solutions within a live banking transformation program. The role involves owning technical decisions from blueprint to production, providing direct build authority. It operates at the intersection of advanced AI and strict financial-sector compliance, contributing to an organization driving AI-led transformation in the region.
